Jane Rae’s 2025 Wrapped

Whew! We made it to the end of 2025! I don’t know about your year, but ours at Jane Rae has been a jam-packed whirlwind from start to finish. (And we wouldn’t have it any other way.) To celebrate all the celebrations we’ve been a part of this year, I wanted to share some of the numbers with you. It’s fun to look at the quantifiable achievements, and how they reflect the accomplishments that are more difficult to measure.

This year, we officially helped create 212 events, plus all kinds of in-house celebrations for our team. We designed and coordinated 86 weddings and 18 business events. We got to let our creativity loose with 8 bridal shows and styled shoots, and we provided the pieces to celebrate for 90 rental clients. Those events happened in 4 states across 54 venues. We also hosted 10 in-house events with The Bouquet Bar.

So what did those events look like? For starters, there was a lot of light. Between tea lights, tapers, pillars, LEDs, and candle filler, we lit 17,585 candles this year. We used 75,941 ounces of candle filler to create the look of pillar candles in an elevated and more sustainable way. Our most popular votives were our clear pleated votive, ritzy votive, classic clear votive, pink tanger votive, and black glass votive

One to watch: the Katherine votive has been a huge favorite with our planning team this year, and we expect to see it out on plenty of events next year too. It’s chic, detailed, versatile and timeless, so it’s easy to see why we love it.

With an in-house floral department, flowers are a huge focus in our events. We filled 4,962 vases this year with silk and fresh flowers. Our most popular vases were our highball and chim bud vases, and our Elijah and finale compotes. Along with decking out rooms and tables, our team created 1,271 wearable floral pieces this year, including 854 boutonnieres, 325 wrist corsages, and 92 floral pocket squares.

One to watch: the sonata compote is dainty, but it allows for an arrangement that looks full without overpowering a table. It fits perfectly into vintage and architectural elements that are trending with its nod to classical design.

Celebrations almost always involve food, and we have the privilege of working with so many incredible caterers to ensure no one goes home hungry. On our end, it also means we get to wash a loooot of dishes. We set tables with 4,271 charger plates and 5,377 napkins this year. We served sweet treats on 202 dessert stands, but we can’t comment how many of those desserts we ate ourselves (it’s not a small number, I promise.)

One to watch: the ceramic white pleated cake stand is a perfect modern classic. The texture gives it character without calling attention away from the most important part - the cake.

I could keep throwing numbers at you all day, but they all add up to show a year of whole-hearted celebration. Behind all of these numbers are countless hours of dreaming, scheming, and hard work - not to mention all the joy from our clients who got married, grew their businesses, and showed up to celebrate one another in rich, genuine, and beautiful ways.  Cheers, from the bottom of our hearts, to all our clients and guests who allowed us to be a part of your milestone days this year. We love this work and we love all of you. And now, for a big nap before we jump in to the next round of celebrations in 2026.
