  • CEO + FOUNDER

    If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?

    I would definitely be a peony, preferably the hot pink ones. Peonies are bold and full of life!

    What’s your guilty pleasure snack?

    I think I could eat 13 orders of queso and still be ready for more.

    If you were a drink on a menu, what would you be?

    I would be a blueberry lavender lemon drop martini with a sugar rim. Bold, colorful and makes you want to cheers someone.

    What’s your ‘signature move’ at work?

    I am there to play the music, bring the energy, empower and have some fun.

    If you were a candle scent, what would you be called?

    I would be a ‘blushing amber’ candle. It is such a warm and inviting smell and blushes when heated.

    If you were a Jane Rae rental inventory item, what would you be?

    I would be our 10ft floral hoop - aka - Big Mama Jama. She has passion, creativity and lives by a ‘go big or go home’ motto.

    Bougainvillea, because it thrives in warmer climates.

    If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?

    I think I would be a hydrangea because they are lush, full and a bit dramatic.

    What’s your guilty pleasure snack?

    Let me tell you something, flamin hot chips with Valentina hot sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime on top is it for me.

    What’s your dream vacation destination?

    Barcelona, Spain!

    Spicy Margarita!

    If you had to describe your work style in three words, what would they be?

    Creative, Collaborative & Logical

    If you were a Jane Rae Events rental item, what would you and why?

    I would be the conservatory arch. I am very much adaptable to different wedding designs and my passion for floral design shows through arch design.

    If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?

    I would be a tulip. Tulips are often associated with love and nothing means more to me than the relationships I have and the people I love. People who resonate with tulips tend to be sensitive, intuitive and enjoy bringing people together and I think that fits me pretty well : )

    What’s your go-to coffee (or tea) order?

    I love a chai tea latte, hot or iced!

    What’s your guilty pleasure snack?

    Ice cream - any time any day

    If you had to describe your work style in three words, what would they be?

    Intentional, Supportive, Creative

    What’s your dream vacation destination?

    I would love to go to London. The city is rich in history and culture, and I would love to visit all of the famous sites and architecture.

    I would say I resonate with the modern mustard arm chairs. They are welcoming and cozy with a funky twist.

    Princess Diana - she was a global force who made vulnerability a strength and influenced and impacted the world through empathy and compassion.

    Amalfi Coast, Italy

    I’d be a floral arch — playful, welcoming, and full of personality. I love creating moments where people feel comfortable, happy, and ready to celebrate.

    Caramel Latte with Almond Milk from Coffea!

    I would say frozen cookie dough as a late night snack!

    I would be a beer on tap- straightforward and reliable!

    If you could have dinner with anyone in this world, who would it be?

    Catherine O'Hara because I love her personality!

    What’s your dream vacation destination?

    Iceland in the Fall!

    I would be the premium candle fillers because I have a specific job to do, but can adapt to my surroundings and get that job done in any situation.

    I would say I am a problem solver or visionary otherwise I would say go-getter.

    Iced coffee with caramel and heavy cream with caramel drizzle

    Doritos with hot sauce and limes

    If you had to describe your work style in three words, what would they be?

    Vibrant, adaptable, and strategic 

    What’s your dream vacation destination?

    Greece

    I would choose a votive, its a small piece that elevates the table and it is cute on the outside holding light on the inside.

    If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?

    A tulip - I can keep growing wherever I'm placed

    What’s your go-to coffee (or tea) order?

    I'll drink a London Fog any time anywhere

    If you could have dinner with anyone in this world, who would it be?

    Jane Austen - How cool would it be to meet the mind that created Mr. Darcy?

    If you had to describe your work style in three words, what would they be?

    Narrative, savoring, curious

    What’s your dream vacation destination?

    I've been so lucky to hit a lot of them already - the Scottish Highlands has to be one of the highlights for sure!

    If you were a Jane Rae rental inventory item, what would you be?

    II would be a Klara bud vase - I’m versatile, but I’ll always have a flair for the little details that feel extravagant.

  • LEAD EVENT PLANNER + DESIGNER

    If you were a flower, what kind would you be and why?

    Chamomile. Chamomile symbolizes joy, peace, hope, humility, wishes coming true, and overcoming adversity. I really feel like I embody what a chamomile symbolizes and I love how delicate chamomile looks, but is actually pretty strong - you would know if you ever tried to separate the stems from each other. It also helps that everyone tells me I would be chamomile if I were a flower!

    What’s your go-to coffee (or tea) order?

    Fun fact: I actually do not like coffee at all and honestly not really tea either. People are usually pretty shocked by this answer, but I can't even really stand the smell of coffee.

    If you were a drink on a menu, what would you be?

    Lemon Drop Martini for sure. Thanks to Katie for introducing me to my favorite drink :)

    If you had a theme song that played every time you walked into a room, what would it be?

    Royalty by Egzod, Maestro Chives, Neoni. I love the more electric feel to the music as well as the violin being a main instrument.

    What’s your “signature move” at work?

    I would say I am a problem solver and a builder. If things need to be custom made - I am usually one that gets consulted on the logistics that go into building this item. Just call me Bob the Builder.

    If you were a Jane Rae Events rental item, what would you and why?

    I resonate with the Clear Modern Bud Vases. Although it sounds like a basic answer, the Clear Modern Bud Vases are very versatile and can fit into any design. I feel like I have a lot of different skills that allow me to be prepared for any situation I am put in, so in the same sense as a Clear Modern Bud Vase I can be very versatile.
