Sunday Brunch Club in Review
On a perfect spring day in April, we gathered to host our second annual Jane Rae Events and The Bouquet Bar signature event. Sunday Brunch Club is a dream event for us as planners. We get to let loose on our design and the structure of the day. Donβt get us wrong, we love making our clientsβ dreams come true, but itβs fun to indulge our own every once in a while too.
For this yearβs design, our planner Josie created a raspberry lemonade inspired palette. She worked with our floral team to craft focused floral photo ops and coordinate the Bouquet Barβs fresh flowers to match. We leaned into the rich berry tones for depth, and balanced them out with the lightness and brightness of yellow and wicker elements. Midwest Bash Babes were so kind to customize a light board with the design for guests to see as soon as they walked in the door.
This year, we worked with MODE studios to create an intimate space to socialize, dine, and enjoy an elevated atmosphere. Guests could shop at Apricot Lane Boutiqueβs pop up (and we did our own share of shopping too!), listen to music by the ever talented Micah Wentzel, and complete a floral workshop with The Bouquet Bar.
Our Jane Rae team met guests with a mimosa bar when they checked in, and Cultivated in Love provided a gorgeous charcuterie spread for brunch. One aspect of Sunday Brunch Club that we love is creating bistro style seating for our guests. We want the event to be an opportunity to get dressed up and feel pampered with your loved ones, and part of that experience is deliberately crafting tables just for you and your group.
After brunch, guests got to choose their blooms from The Bouquet Bar itself, our adorable flower cart named Lola. Our floristas brought the workshop to the guests, offering individual advice and helping them craft stunning arrangements to take home after the event.
We had a blast at this yearβs Sunday Brunch Club, and if you attended, we hope you did too! Canβt wait to craft next yearβs signature event and invite you to join us.
xoxo, Rebecca
